F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions

Material & Care

  • Wash the fabric before cutting it. Most natural fiber shrinks when washed. Washing the fabric takes out the shrinkage, also removes dirt and unfavorable chemicals used in the production process.

  • Unfortunately, the quality of the fabric that we can get nowadays is not as good as it used to be. The competitive market is leading to some lack of quality to reduce the cost of keeping good standard. Washing the fabric before cutting it is a good way to find out any problem you may not have seen when you bought it.

Wash either cold or at 30 degrees by hand or with gentle hand-wash circle for 100 % cotton. Washing by hand is a good choice for a long life of the fabric.

Fleece is usually made from plastic and micro fibers are made from mixed of synthetic fibers. They are not biodegradable. They dissolve into very tiny pieces when you wear or wash them and float everywhere in the air or water. This is not good for the environment.

We recommend natural fabrics for our products, especially for babies & children as they are suitable for them as well as environmentally friendly.

  • Shops usually offer a collection of face towel, hand towel & bath towel in the same material & colour. Fluffy, luxury bath towels are too thick for the bath mittens. Please touch a face towel & hand towel and if they are the same thickness, choose the hand-towel for cost effectiveness and to minimize wastage.

  • When you buy towels online, you can find the weight of towels in the specifications.
